1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and global fulfillment process, we currently do not require customers to return itemsto a physical address.

We only offer refunds or replacements under the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was lost in transit

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Your order number


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Minor variations in color or design


4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
